Life can be harsh. I'm a trained EMDR practitioner that treats complex trauma (PTSD) and structured dissociation that's frequently accompanied by anxiety and depression. I have a master’s degree in counseling and I’m an LPC, licensed in the state of Missouri.

I work as an independent, mental health contractor that specializes in equine assisted psychotherapy (EAP). I typically contract with other licensed providers or mental health organizations to provide EAP services through them. I also maintain a private practice to see clients as needed.

This process is a collaborative partnership between the therapist, an equine specialist (ES), the horse(s), and the client. I incorporate Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) as an integrative approach, blending principles from EAGALA, Natural Lifemanship, and the Equilateral EMDR protocol to design a structured and adaptable treatment plan.
